E-Participation Policy
To maximize the benefits of the concept of community electronic participation, the National Center for Performance Measurement of Public Entities (Adaa) emphasizes the importance of users adhering to the guidelines for the electronic participation channels available on its platform (Watani). Users are required to provide constructive opinions and comments that contribute to improving performance and enhancing the services provided.
Accordingly, a set of standards and regulations has been established that must be followed when submitting any comments on the electronic participation channels. These submissions will be reviewed before publication, and the platform administration reserves the right not to publish comments it deems inappropriate.
The Main Objectives of Implementing Community Electronic Participation
- Enhancing the participation of all segments of society in the decision-making process and improving the quality of government services.
- Enhancing transparency by providing important information to the public through surveys, blogs, and polls.
- Providing multiple electronic participation channels and facilitating access to them through direct links and comprehensive descriptions for each channel.
Standards for Publishing Comments and Contributions
- Adhering to general etiquette and avoiding the use of inappropriate or offensive language.
- Focusing on the topic at hand and refraining from addressing unrelated issues.
- Avoiding personal attacks and focusing on enriching the proposed idea.
- Refraining from publishing any personal information or private contact details.
