The National Center for performance management of Public Entities “Adaa” was established by the council of ministers (Decision) No. dated 6/1/1437 AH, based on a recommendation from the Council of Economic and Development Affairs

The role of Adaa Reflects the wise leadership’s keenness to achieve national aspirations of realizing the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, through performance measurement and enablement of Public Entities, along the measurement beneficiaries’ satisfaction on government services while complying with international standards and methodologies. This comes in accordance with the establishment plan of His Royal Highness, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman – may God protect him – for the Center to make the Kingdom one of the best countries in the world through effective government performance to serve citizens and residents.
