The Board of Directors of the National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) held its twenty-fourth meeting, during which it discussed several topics reflecting the Center’s role in supporting government entities to achieve continuous performance improvement.

The Board reviewed the performance status of government entities in achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The Center currently measures the performance of 614 government entities, covering 278 indicators and 1,172 initiatives, in addition to its work on evaluating several national strategies, performance indicators, and initiative implementation progress.

The Board also reviewed the Hajj and Umrah Season Reports for 1446H, which included comprehensive data analyses, performance results, and recommendations aimed at enhancing services and improving the experience of the Guests of Allah.

The meeting highlighted several empowerment initiatives, including the “Pioneers of Performance” forums, the “Knowledge Bridges” program, and specialized workshops implemented to strengthen performance practices and raise awareness across government entities. Since the beginning of 2025, Adaa has delivered 14 training programs benefiting 1,957 participants representing 90 government entities. As part of its empowerment efforts, the Center has also evaluated performance measurement and management practices for 78 public entities this year.

This meeting comes as part of the Board’s regular sessions to monitor progress, make decisions that support the development of the government performance measurement system, and enable public entities to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively, in line with the aspirations of the Kingdom’s leadership and the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
