Riyadh — The National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) held the 12th “Pioneers of Performance” meeting titled “External Strategic Alignment,” with the participation of 25 government entities, as part of the Center’s role in supporting government entities in performance management and strengthening communication to establish shared understanding of leading practices.
The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property presented its key practices and experiences in external strategic alignment. The meeting also included contributions from experts and government representatives through accompanying presentations and interactive activities that discussed successful practices, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
The “Pioneers of Performance” meetings aim to create an interactive platform for government employees to exchange knowledge and share local and international best practices in performance management based on the needs of government entities.
Since 2019, Adaa has held 11 previous meetings, benefiting 92 government entities with the participation of 517 representatives, during which several entities showcased successful experiences related to various aspects of performance measurement and management.
