Riyadh — The National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) held the 14th “Pioneers of Performance” meeting titled “Change Management,” as part of its efforts to support government entities in performance and strengthen communication to showcase leading models.
The Ministry of Energy presented its key practices in managing change, while experts and government representatives participated through presentations and interactive activities highlighting successful practices, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
The meetings aim to create an interactive platform for government employees to exchange knowledge and share local and international best practices in performance management.
Since its launch, the program has benefited 96 government entities with 577 participants, featuring several entities presenting successful experiences in performance measurement and management.
