Riyadh — The National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) held today the 15th “Pioneers of Performance” meeting under the theme “Aligning Operational Performance with Strategy,” with the participation of representatives from 30 government entities at its headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting aimed to promote knowledge exchange, share local and international best practices in performance management, and highlight success stories.
The Digital Government Authority presented its efforts to connect operational processes with national digital government priorities, contributing to improved performance efficiency and support for strategic objectives.
The meeting also featured leading practices on operational–strategic alignment and included an interactive session where participants discussed common challenges and possible solutions to enhance alignment at institutional and national levels.
The “Pioneers of Performance” program seeks to build an interactive community of Vision Realization Offices and planning and performance specialists across government entities. Since its launch, it has engaged 614 participants from 101 entities, with an average satisfaction rate of 96%.
