Qualifying the human resources by providing training programs to enhance the skills related to performance management, in addition to raising the awarness of performance culture in public entities.
Training and qualifying employees of public entities and providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills in the field of managing and measuring performance and measuring the beneficiary’s experience. Training takes place in two ways:
In-person training: direct, in-person training for trainees from public entities and the provision of an integrated training program.
Virtual training: Remote training based on the use of modern technical tools and programs to benefit from the training process in all its aspects and to ensure a wider geographical coverage of the trainees.
In an effort to spread the culture of performance measurement in public entities and society, the center provides the following services:
E-training: e-training in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration using Adaa’s training kit on the “Ethrai” platform, with the aim of raising the efficiency of human capital by enabling trainees to develop their skills and increase their knowledge through an interactive electronic environment with ease.
Lectures: Short specialized and awareness lectures presented to employees of public entities and community members in a way that positively reflects on the levels of performance management culture and institutional awareness.
Building and developing institutional capacities and practices in public entities in the areas of management, performance measurement and beneficiary experience by providing enabling products
one of the advisory services provided by the center to enable public entities in identifying their strength and opportunities in five main areas: Strategy, Performance, Initiatives, Change management and performance culture, and Beneficiary experience.Then, providing them with a comprehensive report showing the performance practices level and the necessary procedures to raise it to a higher level in accordance with international best practices.
The center allows public entities to self-assess their performance management practices, with the aim of spreading the culture of performance management among public entities on a large scale through the performance management practices self-assessment platform. The platform automatically issues a report that shows the most prominent strengths and opportunities for improvement in performance management practices according to the information entered.
Through the Performance Leaders Program, the center aims to create an interactive community of performance management practitioners in public entities in which participants exchange knowledge and transfer experiences in the areas of performance management. It also includes organizing focused and customized workshops as needed to share best practices and success stories
