During the selection process for KPIs focus is placed on the Outcome KPIs, which aim to measure the final impact of strategic goals not the interim. The selected KPIs must meet the following conditions:

– Added value – sufficient
– Traceability – Measurability
The entity Develop a KPI and initiative cards that includes detailed data as per the ADAA standard form to enables the center in measuring the progress and achieving targets.
Performance measurement data for both indicators and initiatives are collected periodically by public entities that provide actual values and supporting documents. The center reviews and verifies the accuracy and reliability of this data to make sure its conformability with the quality standards to be a reliable data for analyzing performance results.
